Scars are the result of surgery related trauma, accident or disease. When the top layer of the skin is damaged, the reconstitution process is triggered and newly synthetised collagen fibres are gathered more densely than the collagen fibre in healthy skin. The scar is thus visibly thicker and red during formation.

LED photobiomodulation can be used to treat all scars, whether post-operative or old. It accelerates and improves the healing process, thus greatly reducing unsightly scars. It also has a restorative effect on burns, irritations and inflammations. The Origin Erbium Glass laser treatment acts on collagen by stimulating fibroblasts with a wavelength of 1550 nm. The laser beams create a micro-perforation of the skin, the collagen is regenerated but without any side effects.
The innovative Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology is a safe and effective alternative to cumbersome and invasive surgical methods.
This technology allows effective and non-invasive treatments for results that are visible from the first session and that last in the long term!
